Amy Madson
Singer, actor, and storyteller.
About Me
She has performed with several Twin Cities companies, including Opera Reading Project, 4CT, Cross Community Players, American Immersion Theater, Glory Players, and the Minnesota Fringe Festival.
She also is a contracted singer with the Minnesota Chorale and serves as the soprano section leader at Messiah Church. When she’s not performing, Amy enjoys sharing her passion for the arts through teaching.

Opera
Amy also performs opera. She is actively involved with Opera Reading Project and is currently preparing for their 2025 production of Alice Tierney/Pagliacci. She enjoys bringing color, texture, and character to operatic roles and experience with multiple languages to create performances that are authentic.

Church
Amy is also an active church soloist. She has served as the soprano section leader and regular soloist at Messiah Church since 2017, and previously sang at St. Mary Catholic Church in Breckenridge, Colorado. She enjoys using her voice to support worship and connect with audiences in sacred settings.

Musical Theater
Amy also performs musical theater. She brings warmth, versatility, and expressive storytelling to iconic Broadway standards and a wide range of contemporary repertoire. Her work is supported by strong vocal technique and an instinct for character that allows each performance to feel vibrant and engaging.
